They also placed restrictions on what we can buy only certain special permits can be used to get anything considered fun. But as of 3-4 years ago we surpassed the gun owner ship level of pre 1996.

If you pick some states with smaller Third World numbers, and you know when they jump off the boat from the Third World they don't intend to go to North Dakota, then you see how safe places are that don't have large numbers of violent and incompatible foreigners.
Islands don't matter, Hawaii and Tasmania don't get to appear. Alaska too, not that they are an island.
