The guy wasn't interfering in any material way. Just ignore him.
This is a gross overreach by those two SWAT officers.
My son is now a cop. There's no way he would have done what those two did.
He would have walked over and CALMLY explained to the guy -- just stay out of it.
No need for a police state!
