I originally did it because I was tired of crybaby or criminal athletes who set poor examples and were never held accountable for their actions, but today it's the leagues, not just the athletes who have shown themselves to be worthless.

I'm glad I have not been supporting them, and I hope many more Americans do the same.

Just don't really find watching other people play sports interesting in general. Hockey is an exception for me, I find that watchable, although don't regularly, might watch a few playoff games. This garbage going on now certainly isn't going to change my mind and entice me to watch it, and i imagine it's the same for the vast majority. If you were watching it might turn some off, i really don't see pandering drawing in more viewers.

I think hockey is enjoyable because it's continuous play pretty much. The action is fast, rough, and skilled. The NBA has that too, if only they'd stop with the pandering. Rugby is another sport I enjoy for these reasons.

Ya same here for the continuous action, definitely a good point of the sport. Just seems a lot more spontaneous then most other sports as well to me, like for example some guy gets a nice pass and breakaway, instant tension/excitement. Or a devastating hit comes out of nowhere. Most sports i just find boring to watch, been to one MLB Blue jays game, wanted to leave when the 7th inning stretch time came around.
