I originally did it because I was tired of crybaby or criminal athletes who set poor examples and were never held accountable for their actions, but today it's the leagues, not just the athletes who have shown themselves to be worthless.
I'm glad I have not been supporting them, and I hope many more Americans do the same.
I didn't really swear them off, more like I realized that I'm a full grown man watching other full grown men, who are paid millions of dollars, play games.
Also, I would hear my friends talk about nothing other than football or basketball... play their fantasy leagues and argue about who was going to win and who was going to be traded... who was going to have a better year, etc... when not a single one of them knew jack shit...
So yea I just kinda stopped watching one year.
