I originally did it because I was tired of crybaby or criminal athletes who set poor examples and were never held accountable for their actions, but today it's the leagues, not just the athletes who have shown themselves to be worthless.
I'm glad I have not been supporting them, and I hope many more Americans do the same.
I have mixed feelings. I think sports are mostly boring (I don’t watch my accountant working either). But, it does seem to be a socially acceptable outlet for aggression, and it takes up free time from people who might otherwise be rioting or looting.
