I've really been wondering about what comes next after the dismissal? The baddies have been so desperate to stop this dismissal that they've gone to unprecedented and clearly untenable places in their effort to stop it. I wonder if Durham's moves will finally start once Flynn has been dismissed? I'm not a legal professional but I was wondering if there's maybe some sort of evidence link between the two instances of justice?
But I heard that the Nobel committee is moving to give Soetero another peace prize. Two peace prizes grant you a 'get out of jail free' card. Checkmate Drumpftards!
It would be hard to get a conviction, and it would be terrible precedent (even if the asshole Democrats did it) to go after a former President.
At Obama's level, it is all policy directives, not direct actions. I am fairly sure he's smart enough not to leave evidence of a direction to commit a crime.
I used to feel the same way but this is the first time we've seen an administration truly try to prevent the peaceful transition of power. I'm not expecting them to be able to produce evidence against Soetero as he is quite slippery and insulated by several lower-levels in the chain but I don't for one second believe that Dems would be so conciliatory towards a Republican if the situation were reversed. This was/is sedition by the 'constitutional law professor'.
The precedent basically already exists thanks to Aaron Burr. He was the Vice President at one point, but he betrayed the nation and tried to steal Texas, then was outlawed here and fled to Europe.
The most important consequence of this is that Flynn now can file suit for wrongful prosecution. If he lost he wouldn't have been able. This could open discovery against everything the DOJ and FBI did. The DOJ now has lost control of the outcome and greater injustices can be exposed without Barr or some BS IG.
And as this occurs, still more Brady materials, disclosures from the DOJ to Flynn's defense, which should have been produced years ago. But Sullivan allowed the trial to continue, didn't balk at Prosecution not producing reams of documents the defense knew existed, transcript of call that was not produced for Flynn's defense, original 302 not produced - no problem for Judge Sullivan, even though BOTH were central to the case for prosecution and defense.
Yeah, I was wondering what would happen if he declares the appeals court judgment to be political in nature and therefor invalid, and then he decides to ignore it. Seriously, what happens then? He's not going to be impeached with this House, or Senate.
so why is barr up wrays ass and everyone in the DOJ about why this stuff wasnt produced or who looked at it and swept it under the rug? they all need to be in jail. what the fuck.
Maybe that's part of why they've resisted dismissal so hard? You raise an interesting thought and I definitely agree with you. Those who would wield the law as a weapon for injustice should ultimately suffer its wrath.
The D.C. Establishment lost a critical case. It opens up discovery that will expose everything. They had to fight because they are all guilty. Judges, politicians, media, city/state leadership and law enforcement.
Remember folks, for the democrats, using our judicial process to hurt you financially and waste years of your time is the punishment. They don’t care if you are found guilty or not, they will have already broken you by the time it’s all said and done.
And yet, it IS done. Wheels of justice turn slowly, wheels of INjustice apparently turn even more slowly. We have been patient, can't imagine how much General Flynn's patience has been tested. And his family's. There's no way he's going to disappear into obscurity after something like this.
First we need to reign in social media and legacy media. If that's done, then many of those swamp rats will turn in the other direction. After that, we can go after the ones who are steadfast in their authoritarianism.
And even if you read the lone dissent in this decision, the Obama appointed judge said that Sullivan was not given ample opportunity to review all facts of the case and make a decision...
Not only that Flynn was influential which saved him. For any rank and file citizen this would be a prison sentence. This is why these things are so important. None of us can depend on the DOJ helping us if they set us up in a similar fashion.
A decision like this must immediately be followed up by reforms to ensure it never happens again.
If that kind of thing happened to me and I survived it I would want the singular problem in my life to solve every morning after that, of which one of my enemies' skulls I wanted to drink my coffee from that day. Because I would have the whole fuckin collection.
I'd be the same way, and I certainly hope General Flynn is too.
But after being put through hell for three years by the government of the country he served for over 30 years, I wouldn't blame Flynn if he just wanted to be done.
Judge Robert Wilkins, an Obama appointee, dissented from the decision, saying he would grant Sullivan the space to explore the DOJ's request for dismissal.
So the judge needs "space to explore" the prosecution's request for a dismissal? More like Obama appointee judge knows Sullivan's theatrics are bullshit but can't come right out and say it.
This is the judge who during the mandamus hearing was reframing everything in terms of hypothetical racial injustice, even though that had nothing to do with the case. It's a Democrat who shapes the law to fit the outcome he wants, like the rest of the Democrats. What's disturbing is that his ilk is frequently in the majority.

1st Nobel was for being half black. Second is for being the catamite of a tranny.
I need some milk! This is the ghost pepper-level of spice!
Uptrump for word of the day.
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Catamite TIL....JFC, TD! 😹😹😹
What does catamite mean?? Wanton fuckhole?
You mean the globalist prize you get for being a big globalist shill for Europe to control the world
You can also win it for being elected the first mixed-race president before you're even inaugurated! Much peace, very prize worthy.

If we do it right, there will be no more traitorous demoKKKrats.
So there will be no need to go after former presidents.
In his case, he was not eligible to be president -- it was a scam. A hoax.
Therefore, it is okay to go after him.
Very sane comment.

They did before today, too.
Mark Milley, too. Cucked general.
now?
I also want to him file a lawsuit against his former defense team. I wonder how many skeletons are in that closet.
Isn't Durham already investigating this?
Supposedly. It’s too early to tell if he is investigating this or just running out the clock like Huber was.
There may be some sort of prosecutorial immunity, sadly.
And as this occurs, still more Brady materials, disclosures from the DOJ to Flynn's defense, which should have been produced years ago. It seems like he'll do what he's told.

It wasn't unanimous. He still holds onto a shred of honor.
I want the prosecutors investigated and themselves charged. At a bare minimum, Deprivation of Civil Rights under color of law.
Maybe that's part of why they've resisted dismissal so hard? You raise an interesting thought and I definitely agree with you. Those who would wield the law as a weapon for injustice should ultimately suffer its wrath.
"under color of law" is a phrase for a reason. THIS is the reason

This is doable, and one of them is already on the hook for altering evidence before the FISA court.
Not to mention Flynn's previous defense team.
Crossed my mind, too
And yet, it IS done. Wheels of justice turn slowly, wheels of INjustice apparently turn even more slowly. We have been patient, can't imagine how much General Flynn's patience has been tested. And his family's. There's no way he's going to disappear into obscurity after something like this.
Do it Dexter.

after 4 fucking years.
Flynn is now free and can go into berserk mode on the Deep State assholes. I wouldn't blame him for wanting to just retire though.
Bring on the scorched earth.
Gonna be a hot summer.
If that kind of thing happened to me and I survived it I would want the singular problem in my life to solve every morning after that, of which one of my enemies' skulls I wanted to drink my coffee from that day. Because I would have the whole fuckin collection.

Doesn't he need to win some lawsuits just to be able to afford to live?
So the judge needs "space to explore" the prosecution's request for a dismissal? More like Obama appointee judge knows Sullivan's theatrics are bullshit but can't come right out and say it.

Well, he needs space to explore so he can arrive at his truth, his reality, lol.
what the fuck? Restated:
"Orange man bad, so fishing expeditions by non-prosecutorial agencies are totally cool."
This fucking asshole needs to be impeached at a minimum.
impeached? naw, fren... he needs to be dragged down to Talladega and introduced to a garage door pull.
Sounds familiar!
Baltimore Mayor: ‘Gave Those Who Wished to Destroy Space to Do That’
Exactly what I thought of. They all need ‘space’ to get to the outcome they want.
Space, the final frontier. None of this 'being confined by the law' stuff, that's for us peons.
