Must have been 2-1 vote with Wilkins the Soetoro lover dissenting.
After listening to the oral arguments, lots of people including myself thought Rao would be the dissent, and the court would allow Sullivan to do whatever he wanted.
What a sad time we live in that a single instance of the court upholding the law is a surprise.
Rao came through. She was a Trump appointee (formerly head of OIRA).
Keep in mind though, this decision can be appealed by Sullivan if he wants. Perhaps he wants to just be done with it, but I'm sure there are thousands of lawfare leftist subverters pushing him to appeal.
What I meant was, I thought Henderson would vote with Wilkins to let Sullivan keep being an ass, and Rao would dissent. I didn't expect Henderson to side with Rao and say Sullivan needs to follow the law. Never doubted Rao.
