This is the judge who during the mandamus hearing was reframing everything in terms of hypothetical racial injustice, even though that had nothing to do with the case. It's a Democrat who shapes the law to fit the outcome he wants, like the rest of the Democrats. What's disturbing is that his ilk is frequently in the majority.
