This is their plan. There's never been a bigger neon sign. I'd be very curious to see an accurate flowchart of just how pivotal this one case is in the big picture. I don't know how the system works well enough to know, but I've seen knowledgeable people claim this is the lynch pin. It seems to me there are plenty of other places for Obamagate to be proven, and this is more about one man; Flynn, who is a tremendous asset for us.
He can, but he's making himself look terrible for his future cases and loss of respect by the judiciary when they shut him down again.
Agreed, but I think he's almost past the point of no return. There's something very odd about his recent behavior.

I think all of the other cases will fall (fruit of the poisonous tree). They lacked probable cause to be investigating all of these people.
Ok, so the cases against our side fall?
What about the cases against the coup / Obamagate? That's what I've heard Flynn described as the lynch pin to all of it.
