Yeah, I was wondering what would happen if he declares the appeals court judgment to be political in nature and therefor invalid, and then he decides to ignore it. Seriously, what happens then? He's not going to be impeached with this House, or Senate.
He won't need to. The DC Circuit Court has 11 Democrat appointees and only 4 Republican. We lucked out with this 3 judge panel having 2 Republican appointees and only 1 Democrat but all it takes is the Democrats to request an en banc rehearing to reverse the decision.

Is En Banc on the table for, what amounts to, an administrative hearing? This isn't really a verdict so much as it is an order, correct?
