Why are they upset? This will just be pushed and pushed til it reaches the SC, where at this point who the fuck knows what'll happen? By then, we'll all be long dead from old age, or fauxvidiot, or death camps or whatever.

Idk the texts are pretty damning, and new ones keep coming out. Flynn's lawyer can make a pretty cut and dry case and it keeps getting stronger.

It really boils down to ethics. Do they truly believe based on all that evidence Flynn is guilty? Or do they not care either way and are out for political blood? I believe the latter will occur. They will do all they can.
