You mean right after the Judge refused to drop the case at DoJ's request? There was a 'leaked" (maybe on purpose) call where Obama said that Flynn could NOT go unpunished, it was a disaster etc etc.-- and right away Judge Sullivan made the stupid decision to reject the Prosecution's request. While Flynn was/is under charges, he was placed under a gag order as well--now he can tell everything he knows, and you can see how desperate the Dems were to silence him.
