I worked with a black guy and we became pretty close. Soon as he trusted me, he told me "bro I'm just tryin to win a lawsuit and retire early". I watched in silence as he found one racist thing after another on or off every jobsite we worked on together (all bullshit).

For example, a rope with a hook fell off the top of the building and into a tree, he called the General Contractor over and told him something needs to be done with the noose and racism immediately. Contractor says "that's a hook, not a noose, we'll get it down soon" and being as busy as he was, soon forgot about it. He made a huge deal about it until it was removed.

He recorded these things in a notebook he had and started by talking to HR. He came back and told me HR is racist (because the things he brought up were purely bullshit). I asked how is she racist, she has pictures of her 3 adopted black children all over her office. He says "just because she adopted black kids don't mean she isn't racist".

This man literally went out of his way to find/create racism because his goal was to win a lawsuit and retire early. He hired a lawyer, failed miserably, and quit the companyl
