Because the constitution was crafted by men of honor and of state who looked upon the craft of politician as lowly and upon the right to vote as a privilege. It was such that they limited it to those that owned land and instructed the house and senate to keep themselves in order.
Then the vote got diluted and now anyone with half a brain and a twitter account can get elected.
He wants all of the authority vested in him to be respected when he gives an order but he's not willing to comply with the order of a higher authority, therefore his demand to respect his authority is meaningless.
This judge is so corrupt, that it really wouldn't surprise me if he didn't follow a direct order from a superior court.
He is so corrupt he could get impeached and then go into the House of Representatives for a couple of decades.
