A few hours ago I would have read this post and agreed enthusiastically! But I had something happen today.

I was in a large department store looking around and a woman says to me, "Oh, I like your shorts, they're so cute." I smiled and thanked her, but she went on, "I really like those, but you spend too much time in the sun! (joking about my tan. I do spend quite a bit of time in the sun, and it shows.) She asked if I use protection, and I laughed and said yes. She said, "You're darker than me!!" and placed her arm against mine so we could compare skin tones. By now we're both laughing.

It was so random, but with everything that's going on. I think I really needed it.
