Even if it survived trial court (unlikely, since it's automatically a federal civil rights case), it would be DOA on appeal, and the state would end up being hit with the white mask-wearers' legal fees. I mean who the hell gets to define "white"? And the state would have to show that no "white" people could have a reasonable fear of "profiling" (which also needs to be defined).
