there has been a full-blown marxist uprising in the last few weeks, the likes of which have genuinely disturbed me. it starts with taking down confederate war heroes. ok, I don't agree but at least there's a thin justification for it.

then it's abraham lincoln, because I guess he didn't free the slaves hard enough?
and literally yesterday, I saw on twitter calls for removing stained glass depictions of Jesus Christ because they were "too white."
Don't get this wrong fellas, this is cultural Marxism: the destruction of the "decadent" past in order to make way for the "glorious" socialist future. there will be gulags if these people succeed
It is disturbing, but it's also designed to provoke a violent response. In general, I agree with the current strategy of letting them destroy Democrat cities, if Democrat mayors and governors won't use the tools available to them to stop it. Elections have consequences.
The one where I do think there should have been a more forceful federal response was CHAZ. Declare an insurrection and establish borders, you've crossed the line. Time to send in the microwave pain cannons, loudspeaker trucks, and wideband communications jamming equipment. No overt violence necessary, just enough to make their little experiment not fun anymore.
