The movie was good, but Frank Dux is/was a compulsive liar and literally none of that shit actually happened. Doesn't take anything away from the movie though. Still iconic tournament martial arts 80's fun.
I remember when they did this project, I thought it was great. I was wondering how this scene was going to be done, and by goddamnit they didn't disappoint! The music scoring with the Robocop theme was the icing on the cake, haha!
Best part, the movie's claim about future dystopian Detroit's crime rate is actually LOWER than the real crime rate today.
