Maybe not the Screaming Eagles, but actual arrests would be nice. Veterans Act or not. Even that would only be applicable on federal lands.

The bit about having discussions with cities and states about their unwillingness to stop these acts left something to be desired.

I think it all sounded good, but really doesn’t do anything because the local governments are applauding the behavior. Asking them “if” they want to have a conversation isn’t going to stop the toppling of statues or the defacing of other soft targets.

I like Trump’s move with the NG at specified places, armed or not . That might actually bring more attention to the matter and reach more normies.
