Not really.. Back in the day, marriages were arranged and wife material didn't really come into play. Then people said screw that and started marrying for "love" .. That's mostly when everything went down hill. Problem is that love is a set of choices and actions, not a magic chemical. Once that chemical wears off in women they usually file for divorce.
