I respectfully disagree. Our legal system operates on the principle of precedent. Any precedent will immediately turn into an avalanche of excess as the original principle is warped in favor of broader, and sloppier, thresholds of eligibility.

Besides, don't you think that 550,000 dead Union soldiers bloating under the baking sun; and the trillions spent on welfare since 1963 are somehow not enough?? Where does it end? With reverse slavery? Whippings? Concentration camps? Torture and Death?

Oh! Sorry, my bad. I've seen a few comments that appeared to be testing the waters with the suggestion of reparations. I thought this might be one such 'toe dipping' post.

This is correct. The thing is Biden is a slave owner, said horrible things in the 70’s and 80’s did horrible things in the 90’s to blacks and has always been wrong. Now he needs to answer it all.

Additionally you could take everyone’s land (regardless of color) and give it to the Indian tribes. And then they could find the central and South American tribes they fought and give the land back to them. And then they could give it all back to the animals
