Just like fake news I wouldnt believe those numbers. I know many families that only answered the number of citizens. They didn’t answer any of the other questions. They waited for the paper census to arrive because they knew they couldn’t skip questions on the computer.

The constitution only calls for a “count” of the people. They were also aware of the clause where it vaguely made it legal to ask the other questions. However they, did not.
