That reminds me when my parents were watching him when I went to see them...

Cuomo said America has only tested 20-something people per 100,000...

I brough up the CDC stats on total test performed, which was like about 14,000,000 at the time which comes out to about 4,200 tested per 100,000...I think they couldn't report facts if they had wanted to at this point...
