Yeah I keep posting on twitter (because I hate myself) -
AZ's case count and % of tests confirmed have been skyrocketing but the death count have seemingly maxed out near 25 a day.
Most of the new deaths are confirmations covid deaths from prior days.
You can't jump from 500 cases a day and maxing out at 25 deaths a day, to 3500 new cases a day and STILL end up with around 25 deaths a day and take away anything but "man, this is more lethal than we thought"
My thoughts, though, are not that this is less lethal and opening up caused more spreading - I think tons of us "had it" earlier and they're just now finding out. I don't trust those tests.
