My wife is a lactation consultant. Similar issue with a black woman who is a consultant of 2 years. Yes, only 2. The woman had an event cancelled because she complained so much about there being only 1 black panelist. Threatened to cause a huge raucous so they avoided the drama. She chastised other consultants on fb for not saying black lives matter and not saying "I run with Ahmaud Arbery" and said if they didn't, black women would not feel comfortable as they aren't allies. Sadly, she owns her own business where she only sees black patients. Other consultants stopped referring patients to her as she believes kids should breastfeed till 8 yrs old and she will try to breastfeed your baby without warning just to make sure the baby will latch to a nipple. She's nuts.
