Not get involved and make a big deal about something track security could have taken care of? Not hard for someone walk into the garage and call them all morons for thinking a garage door pull rope is targeted racism at a race track.

The FBI don't have to take a case or investigate just because someone made a complaint. Look at every single crime committed during the 2016 election cycle if you need examples.
