Looks real to me, how can you clearly tell it was photoshopped? The FBI investigation precluded them from releasing anything until they were done. They probably should've released the photo on Monday night or Tuesday morning if that's all they were waiting for, but it looks genuine to me.

If they bothered to pull the rope they would clearly have seen that it was not some bs political statement. It may look like a noose but its purpose was clearly to open the garage door.
