He says it himself, he isn't going out. We need to. This is bullshit.
I like his idea of peaceful protest. Christ says the meek shall inherit the earth. Well my meek friends, no more hiding. The comforts you are so afraid to lose ARE ALREADY LOST if you don't stand up now.
After watching Tim the last few months I've come to the conclusion that he is a bitch trying to play both sides. He is a self-proclaimed liberal that doesn't understand his ideology is what got us here in the first place.
He talks how he took the high road with Vice and Disney, yet he is cowering to youtube and again, trying to play both sides.
Thinking he is on our side is like thinking FOX news in on our side.
Tim is on Tim's side, while the majority of this community are on Trump's side.
It's undeniable Tim employs common sense in an era where it's conspicuously missing, which I argue makes his otherwise ordinary insights weigh more. Others in his arena like Styxxx or Christiansen are more informative, forget actual pundits like say VDH.
And to my first point, there are millions of us who not only diagnosed this illness long before Trump arose from the swamp, we recognized he is the salty sailor we needed, and as many have noted, the support for Trump can be in spite of Trump for these reasons.
Consider the Weinstein brothers who are literal geniuses, who only woke up after being bitten in the ass just recently. For them to turn around and undermine everyone who was ringing the alarm bell before them - by belittling the leader that they elected to try to at least stop the sickness that they themselves only recognized until it affected them personally and which they helped create with their progressiveness - has a degree of tone deafness that they can't see.
This is what guys like Tim need to consider and why it's intellectually offensive to so many when they reject Trump because of a mean tweet after having showing common sense.
I enjoy and respect them as intellectuals, especially Brett, but it's maddening that only some months ago Eric was arguing Trump was such a threat to the world he should not have access to nukes. That's just daft.
When Evergreen erupted, I was part of a political forum where the majority of conservatives showed a healthy amount of schadenfreude for the self described progressive teacher finally getting their comeuppance. I briefly jumped on board before realizing Brett was something special and he has insight far beyond my own ability. But - and a big but at that - it's annoying to see people praise his predictive ability while ignoring the chorus of conservatives before him.
Both progressives and liberals use an Oppressor vs Victim ideology. The major difference is liberals have limiting principles. For example, "tax the rich more, but not too much or they'll stop being as productive after 35%" That's leftist liberalism. The problem is the last leftist liberal president was Grover Cleveland who left office in 1897. Since 1912, Woodrow Wilson's progressive ideology has ruled the Democrat party with an iron fist. Bourbon Rebellion Liberals like Tim Pool need to realize they are never ever taking the Democrat party back.
How well has that served us thus far? Not trying to be a dick, but you make it sound as though I'm saying go block traffic or set up our own CHAZ. What I am saying is go be seen, not as a lunatic, but as a rational human being who is fed up.
Go do something. Comments like this just help them demoralize everybody. You are just complaining about how awful the world is without providing solutions or taking action. Don't be a loser. You're better than that, or you wouldn't be here.
And I could use some help coming up with a message that the sheep won't just assume is "propaganda." Simple, direct and true. We need to stand up for ourselves peacefully until we are given no other choice.
All the protests you've seen that have had any "impact" had the following:
Years of building contacts
Multiple paid organizers by multiple organizations managing this
Managing organizations are well funded
Positive mass media support
Mega-corporate support
They were well planned and organized. They're able to mobilize their base instantly when any event they choose to make noise about happens. They're able to artificially inject anger into their lemmings. I don't see this anywhere on the right. Just shouting at everyone that we need to get out on the streets is never how these things happen. And honestly, I don't think the line in the sand has really been drawn yet that genuinely angers the right, with all that's happened so far.
Also, what's going out on the streets really going to do? BLM tactics were not to protest, but to terrorize. Do you really want to do that? I don't think it would be effective, and this is in part because honestly, I don't think BLM has been effective for making any positive changes. They've been very effective at creating more division and polarizing the public, and more and more are waking up to it.
Tim Pool is great, but he's young but naturally lacks wisdom. He seem seems frustrated that no one on the right is acting out in rage like the left is, but that's just not true. Just because we're not running into the streets like wild animals and burning cars and looting stores doesn't mean we're not speaking out. Look at the success of this forum, that's speaking out. The problem is, our message has no voice in the mainstream media. If it did, Tim Pool would have a very different opinion.
One of the best tools to fight back is effective propaganda. The right sucks at it. The ability to be persuasive is the key, the left has it down because they know how to appeal to people's emotions. Learn it, understand it, then use it and see things change even more.
I can agree with you on some points. However, Tim does make sense if our voices are not heard on mainstream media. He does propose to go to a different forum, social media platform. He does seem to try and lure us to peaceful protest because he knows he is gearing up for more content to remain relevant. Also, they ignore any conservative casualties. We are either going to have sit back wait or protest peacefully, or actual do something about it and meet them with equal or greater force.
I agree there is a time and place for that, but I don't believe we're there yet. Leftist media has mastered that art of illusion, in my opinion the problems seem vastly worse than they really are. The longer term trends seem to show the left is destroying itself, not getting more powerful, this is what Tim can't see because he's too focused the illusion.
As a thought experiment to demonstrate this, how many people do you know or have heard of that have moved from the left to center or to the right in the last month?
How many have moved from the right/center to the left? Things aren't as bad as the illusion makes it seem.
BLM was not designed to "make positive changes". Division and Demoralization are not their mistakes but goal. Only useful idiots believe in such fairytales.
The right is awesome at memes which arguably won the presidency. The left succeeds by group shaming and yes, emotional responses. In the end truth and humor will be more appealing.
Don't forget that there is a reason we are being censored.
I agree BLM leadership and actual function is not for positive change, it's for change to their vision by use of force and terror. However, the vast majority that follow believe it's for positive change, and they have not participated in doing so. Shame is, most probably think they have. I guess that's what we call delusional.
Why isn’t Tim Pool out in the street or organizing events to get people out in the street?
He says it himself, he isn't going out. We need to. This is bullshit.
I like his idea of peaceful protest. Christ says the meek shall inherit the earth. Well my meek friends, no more hiding. The comforts you are so afraid to lose ARE ALREADY LOST if you don't stand up now.
Meek is a mistranslation. The real meaning is like "keeps their sword sheathed"
Yes that is the exact sense i am invoking here
He a hypocritical little cuck who bends the knee to Google all day long. Won't say Eric ciaramella. But wants you to risk unemployment.

Well he had the balls to quit a high paying Disney job, when they tried to get him to lie to the public in his former job.
He reminds everyone of his greatest (in his own mind) achievements almost daily. King of the basement dwellers

Spot on about the Weinstein brothers. Trump is a giant blind spot with them. That being said, I enjoy The Portal podcast still.
I enjoy and respect them as intellectuals, especially Brett, but it's maddening that only some months ago Eric was arguing Trump was such a threat to the world he should not have access to nukes. That's just daft.

I love people who stretch my thoughts. You've given me much to unpack and I appreciate it.
but we have jobs tho.
You don't have any time off?
Nah. Im not a lib.
hard to do when you have to work everyday.

At least other "lunatics" and the public will know they are not alone which is a big part of their shaming and disinformation campaign.

The streets are where dirty people are.
When he supports President Trump.
LOL!!!! 1 day old account telling us to GeT iN tHe StReEtS!! Try again pinko faggot.

Agree. The snowflake never blames itself for the avalanche.
