Time to FOIA the FBI for Bubba Smollett's Rope and Compare the Photo With This One, Which is Clearly a Noose. I suspect NASCAR is putting out a fake Photo here that isn't matching the FBI's. Why? Because NASCAR bends the knee to BLM (twitter.com)
