It sounded like he was about to correct himself. Still though... Im starting to think he is faking the stupidity. It could be that he is old and stupid but he is a criminal POS. I can’t recall is a valid excuse if you are senile. It is contemptuous to some judges if the person appeared to be of sound mind.
