Watch out for fake LED UVC bulbs on the internet. Real LED UVC bulbs cost $1000s, the fake ones are just light blue LEDs.
A quick way to tell if your UVC bulb works expose a banana to the light for 15-20 mins with half of it covered. If it's a real UVC bulb the banana will have an obvious tan line.
