Ask her why she would want to abolish a country that has supplied more people with more prosperity than any country in human civilization, a country that lost 500k loves to abolish slaves and has sent billions of dollars worth of financial, food and medical aid to Africa over the years essentially saving and improving the lives of millions of Africans. I have had a couple of friends like that. Being woke is their faith replacement and they are true believers. They are impenetrable to reason. Like my mom used to say, you can’t reason someone out of a position that they weren’t reasoned into. I would concentrate on those you can reach.
I read all this ... but then I had to say one thing. You are a GOOD FRIEND. I still think one of these days we will find some of these people have been sprayed or injected with something that affects a certain part of their brains.
