Well, it's only starting so far. It's still a small community and would be a nice place to live but I've seen so many other places up there get developed out I can see the future for Black Diamond.
i dont want to fall in love with another place just to watch it get slowly strangled. It is too painful. I know every inch of so many places that no longer exist. I'm not doing it anymore.
But it might be worth it if it was somewhere between NBend and Snoqualmie. The air there... nothing else is like it. Even if I watched it get crowded, it might be worth it. idk. Some days they get this mist that rolls in... it is incredible.
I love visiting Snoqualmie Falls. Love that area. I know what you're saying about N Bend air, remember stopping for gas many times on the way over the pass.
I'm in Vegas now and miss the PNW air, trees, mountains, and rain. I walked outside the other day and smelled burning wood; it took me home...
