I recently got to my breaking point at work after my coworkers non stop Trump/Republican bashing ,I never have mentioned that I don't agree but will state an opinion on things without out right saying I'm on a certain side. Recently I've said please stop with the political talk because i'm just emotionally drained from hearing it all day, nobody cares. Next day I say please enough I dont want to hear it,I dont agree with your stance and this isn't the place to be talking about this and go to the office per request of my supervisor(knew nothing would happen) more and more they talk to piss me off. Seems to be no laws for the work place on this issue unless I claim harassment, am I right?

It is a huge issue. Way too widespread. Would need to know more about your company to respond helpfully. But you are right, political speech should be banned in the work place, especially if it is harassing and harms your productivity. Firing back with arguments is not a helpful suggestion. You shouldn’t have to. Cuz you deserve a harassment free workplace.
It’s like sexual harassing. But political. If you have an HR department, complain. Keep us in the loop. This is a huge issue.
well I did go to HR they said they cant police everyone and gave me a look so I pretty much knew from that point on they said I dont care about you,I've worked for them for 13 years mind you.
Make them write up a report at least. It’s your right. Perhaps ask a lawyer too who knows more about labor law, etc.
Oh,I work for Amazon now because they bought out our grocery store chain..which happens to be liberal central
