A "yes" vote supports this constitutional amendment to repeal Proposition 209 (1996), which prohibited the state from discriminating against or granting preferential treatment to persons on the basis of race, sex, color, ethnicity, or national origin in public employment, public education, and public contracting.

How exactly did the Republicans come to be the racist ones? This is explicit legislation to prevent racism.

They want permission to favor certain races over others, whereas the original legislation prevented disfavor of certain races.

Which really is a different way of saying the exact same thing, except to them it's okay because their belief system includes that handy commandment, "thou cannot be racist to white people".

They want to discriminate (more freely than they are now) against Whites and especially Asians.

And Hispanics. They have plenty of Hispanic representation in many fields and they don’t need to cater to that group any more. They’ve been shelved away with the Asians.

So the entire picture.......

  1. Force diversity in management

  2. Force diversity in hr

  3. Allow minoroties to discriminate until key positions areof similiar race

  4. Remove covil rights law, now diverse staff to openly hire only their own

Of course this wont work....thats not how talent works...but its what theure trying.
