The following statement will be removed "the state shall not discriminate against, or grant preferential treatment to, any individual or group on the basis of race, sex, color, ethnicity, or national origin.”
Now in November we will vote to remove Afirmative Actions protections. This bill is also misleading because it is being framed as an affirmative action bill.

We had the signatures for a "Repeal the gas tax bill" but Xavier Bacerra put it on the ballot as "Prop 6: Eliminates Certain Road Repair and Transportation Funding". Because most Californias are idiots, they thought "oh no we need money for roads" and voted no. While a yes vote would repeal the bill that was flawed from the beginning. Baccerra did the old bait and switcheroo.

This is the precursor to removing white people from ceo/board member positions. There are several bills at city levels do this. In Oakland if you want to have a MJ business, you must have a minority that owns 51%.
