True story.
Today, I walked into Trader Joe in the heart of downtown San Francisco without any mask. The guard at the door didn't care. Everyone else in the store were wearing mask though.
I was prepared for a Karen experience inside, but nothing happened. I didn't get any strange/dirty look from other shoppers. Even the cashier didn't care when I paid. When I walked out of the Trader Joe's, I feel like such a rebel.
Should I try Costco or Whole Foods next?

Are you a poc? If so, you are experiencing the expected behavior with super lefties.

Yes, the higher value there is we don't want make POC feel bad, so it's ok for them to spread the virus.

Recently I have started wearing a mask to enter a grocery store and take it off once inside. So far, no one has said a word.
