Put it in a Faraday cage before you bring it home (or put it in a car if it has gps)

What's the difference if you put it in the car? It's still sitting in front of your house.

Generally people assume because their phone has shit GPS from inside their car that the car itself is a faraday cage. Not realizing that it's probably the visibility to the satellites which could be the issue.

Don't forget to change your passwords and never reuse them.

Just takes one commie to figure our your name or username and look you up in past breaches and start to cause havoc in your life. Just Google your name, email, and usernames to see how much Cuckoogle knows about you which a commie can use against you.

for sure. How do you feel about password keepers?

Keepass is great because it doesn't require you to have a subscription and you can store the file anywhere. Which means you are not beholden to a specific companies policies and they can't suddenly revoke access to all your passwords all of a sudden.

I honestly don't know what company would do that, it would probably decimate most of their business overnight when people realize that they can lose access to all their passwords instantly.

Love them!

Bitwarden is the best I've found and made in the USA! They also haven't pandered to the BLM unlike 1Password.

How do you do that?

prepaid phone from Walmart/Target or even CVS. the Alcatel MyFlip will give you phone functionality without all the extra monitoring and bloatware that comes with a smart phone. You can pick up sim cards and minutes/data at the same places you get the phone, just be careful because some of them have an expiration date from whenever you activate the card. Save it for a rainy day.

sure thing, happy to spread knowledge! someone else mentioned keeping it in a faraday bag which is pretty easy to make - just a fuck ton of tin foil in a sandwich bag will work, keep the phone in between all the foil. keeps any transmissions from getting in or out.
