Not exactly. Texas went back down a level. They found that bars were a big contributor and they shut those down. The big cities, except Fort Worth, stopped elective surgeries again, because their populations have not kept up personal distancing. I don't see it as a big deal, but it's bad for business.

Explain how they "found" that bars are a big contributor, while mass protests are not.
