Protests have been going on for now a Month solid. That doesn't happen without outside funding keeping protesters fed, clothed, supplied, and transported. To nip this in the bud, we need law enforcement to cut them off financially. There is grounds for this if they get declared as terrorists.

Revoke entitlements - Welfare, food stamps, social security, disability, etc. If you are caught rioting against the US, all entitlements are cut. Including covid relief.

Freeze all bank accounts, bitcoin wallets, and back track anyone funding them.

Aggregate data between multiple rioters and find common funding sources. Then RICO and freeze their assets, and any other interests the funding source has.
