No I was going for this being the equivalent of "turn the other cheek". Its not hypocrisy to hold someone up to their own standards anymore than it is the reverse of complying with laws you do not agree with. They may not be your principles, but if you are going to be forced to live under them, then you damn sure expect everyone else, especially the people enforcing the laws, to live by them. What you're proposing is no different than allowing cops to do whatever the fuck they want with impunity while arresting everyone else breaking the law. Its no way to run a society. Where does it end? What happens when they say " if you don't wear a mask at your job, youre fired" and then you notice they're only firing conservative whites for it while allowing liberals and minorities free reign. Are you going to just shut up and lose your job while they all keep theirs? What about when they set a curfew in your area, but only enforce it if you aren't wearing BLM merchandise? Are you going to keep quiet and stay inside while they run amok whenever they feel like?
