Nobody but the power hungry Dems wants DC to be a state right now. Fuck em, let's say DC can have statehood, but the heavy liberal sections of Commiefornia have to secede and see if they can make it on their own like they've been claiming they can for the last few years. Seems like a fair trade off to me.
