The student loan crisis is really the studies major crisis. 150-300K for a Wikipedia degree. Gender studies is the worst offender because they don’t even get their central premise right.
Most gender studies folks I know are people that couldn’t cut it in real majors and took an elective and it sounded interesting so they jumped ship because real majors aren’t always easy. Added bonus of rebelling against their white male fathers paying for it helps too, even when they’re adopted. You’d think you’d appreciate white male parents more when they adopted your abandoned tan ass and paid for your fake degree out of love.

Honestly though, anyone who has a useless degree and has any kind of job should be happy they got one to begin with.
Is a competitive field? My brother's fiance has one too.
If we got rid of all the useless jobs we would seriously be at probably 50%+ unemployment in this country.

I really don't understand the need for a gender studies. It's gender. There is male and female, and that's all folks.
