Now convince SCOTUS to revisit the disparate impact theory they invented in Griggs vs Duke Power (1971). That will be a necessary step on the way towards introducing more pre-employment skills testing.

I guess I shouldn't be lazy, I can look it up and I will. I have no idea what you're talking about, but I'm trying to read more nonfiction of various topics nowadays. This is such a random topic I had to ask.

Edit - looked it up and the only thing I can find is muh equality written by the NAACP lawyer. Might be worth a read, nothing wrong with hearing the other side. Would love a Sowell take on it though.
