Now the families of the nursing home victims need to sue his butt off.

Cuomo legitimately better have damn good security. There are a lot of people that actually love their parents/grandparents. I can't believe I have to write this. But what these sick freaks did is insanely evil and they absolutely knew what they were doing.

And Cuomo ordered people not to have funerals while allowing Democrats to protest make-believe racism.

42
50blessings 42 points ago +43 / -1

Don’t forget Democrats and leftists sanctified George Floyd, a lifelong criminal, and gave him multiple funerals and a golden casket. And yet you’re not allowed to say goodbye to a close relative. Just the sight of all those fakers crying over that trash made my blood boil.

Trust me, me too. I just gave birth and this is a particular injustice to me. My own mother was in the hospital twice during this as well and I wasn’t allowed to see her. And yet, protestors are outside before my own eyes will full support in Oregon.

Same thing with denying medicine to sick people. Cuomo started that. 110,000 + preventable deaths and counting, 40 + Governors are guilty. The most murders I can find anyone in the US convicted of is 8.

De Blasio had "simultaneous pro-protest/anti-religious gathering messages" when he "actively encouraged participation in protests and openly discouraged religious gatherings and threatened religious worshipers," Sharpe said in his federal order.

Caught red handed.

Orthodox jews are pretty conservative, which is who he was targeting.

Non-practicing 'Schrodingers Minority' liberal jews are behind a lot of the crazy shit we are seeing now. DeBlasio loves them.

Very true, Orthodox jews can’t stand leftist policies. By and large they’re hard working, successful business owners, most of them never having gone to college.

They are a missionary order who don't have to obey these hippy, liberal catholic bishops . They are the only catholics standing up to these governors and bringing them to court.

True. Right now it's a battle between totally crazy commie-anarchists, and everyone else. As a conservative I'm not setting a crazy-high bar. If you don't want to burn America to the ground, you're cool with me.

Republicans, if true to their Abraham Lincoln roots, are the good guys. It's the RINO bastards like Romney, Graham, and Rubio that have left a bad taste in people's mouths. That's why voting in Republican primaries for MAGA candidates instead is so important.

After Talcum X called for the destruction of churches and Christian iconography, it's only a matter of time before a leftist takes him up on it.

6
phi1237 6 points ago +6 / -0

This is actually great and a surprise in a way. Lawsuits should be filed across the country enjoining these monsters everywhere they did this, drunk on power. I know here in Florida the local county commissioners (all Dems) did the same. In FL the county runs the local show. The Catholic Diocese banned attendance by the faithful based on the commission's unconstitutional order. Then the commission was silent about violations and vocal in support during the mass protests/riots just like De Blasio. Lawfare they want, lawfare they shall get!

6
CuomoisaMassMurderer 6 points ago +6 / -0

Don't forget the criminal charges where HCQ was denied to outpatients! If they later died, that is a whole slew of criminal charges, and we do it class action rather than individually.

3
phi1237 3 points ago +3 / -0

Great point. Civil RICO is the perfect vehicle. Add the HCQ ban to the nursing home orders, and bingo, quite compelling facts. In NY, the hidden story supposedly is the nursing home association made huge donations to Cuomo over the years, so they were able to get access and pushed for the order to be issued to force/funnel the seniors to their facilities. The motive as always was greed, wrapped in a political / liberal veneer: Medicare released and set the huge dollar reimbursements for COVID-19 patients on ventilators (basically most profitable type of patient through death), then Cuomo issued the order. So, those 5,000 or whatever seniors were very profitable to the nursing homes. Let's say each life is worth $5,000,000, that is what $25 billion in wrongful death claims? I can't imagine that none of the class action lawyers in NY are going to pass up that, despite all being Democrats typically. Cuomo's subsequent order giving the nursing homes immunity would be easily be defeated in theory, but the judges there would likely be a problem.

My guess is ultimately they (Congress) will set up a superfund and a special master at the federal level to clean up the mess and award claims, similar to the environmental stuff.

2
CuomoisaMassMurderer 2 points ago +2 / -0

We all need to find based lawyers. That may be one of the hardest parts of this whole thing. That and finding a jurisdiction where D Judges won't just rubber stamp a pass for everything tyrants did.

2
phi1237 2 points ago +2 / -0

I hope that those running this site add other subs, then the based lawyers could gather and be vetted in the law sub.

I've gotten into debates with liberals about the issue of colonists gifting Native Americans with blankets and linens infected with smallpox... My basic argument is simple in that history is ugly and that the "white guilt" from someone's action hundreds of years ago who may or may not be my ancestor is absolute bullshit.

And now this... These people actually did this evil to their own citizens and they must be held responsible.

11
deleted 11 points ago +11 / -0
2
JMaN 2 points ago +2 / -0

I agree with you. I was mostly bringing it up to draw the comparison to what we actually know the democrats did.

You can't simply say it never happened to most people and then have them agree with you. Here is one of the first links when you use a search engine:

https://www.history.com/news/colonists-native-americans-smallpox-blankets

"For all the outrage the account has stirred over the years, there’s only one clearly documented instance of a colonial attempt to spread smallpox during the war, and oddly, Amherst probably didn’t have anything to do with it. There’s also no clear historical verdict on whether the biological attack even worked."

So my argument is not concerning whether or not it ever occurred... I actually think that is irrelevant. What is relevant is as you mentioned biological warfare is a real thing that has occurred historically and that history and human nature is ugly. So my overall point is that we actually learn from these things, understand that our enemies RIGHT NOW would have no qualms using these tactics now... Instead of smug liberals who think they are above it all and naive to the threats.

"Historical" arguments are never grounded in history.

If you haven't read and loved Thucydides, sorry you are a total fraud when it comes to "history" imo.

Death camps in China and horrors inflicted on our troops in the middle east isn't "history".

And are inflicted by Bush Obama Xi Muhammad alike.

TODAY IS JUST AS BAD AS ANY YESTERDAY.

If murder and mayhem is possible, some evil dude will find a way to cut the throat of the whole world at once if he can.

"Small pox blankets:" germ theory WAS NOT KNOWN at the time!! This is nothing but bs. A pox upon them, lol

We have to start breaking bones every time they pull up bs like this, nothing else will stop them.

2
JMaN 2 points ago +2 / -0

You're 100% correct. Thanks.

1
Smurfection 1 point ago +1 / -0

umm, on the contrary, the British captain that ordered small pox blankets be given to American Indians knew damn well that he was spreading small pox. That happened once on what would become American soil and it was long before the Revolution and it was done by a British captain. The only other time it was recorded in North American history is when a group of Jesuits were caring for those sick with small pox on a boat that pulled into lower town Quebec. The Jesuits tried to stop Native Americans from taking the blankets but could not and thus a small pox epidemic broke out. These are the only two times that it was definitively recorded to have happened in North America. It was never done by an American. Both incidences preceded the Revolutionary War.

1
CuomoisaMassMurderer 1 point ago +1 / -0

If these Jesuits OBSERVED the spread, they might have hypothesized that the blankets had something to do with it. They wouldn't have known.

Even if said British Captain WANTED to spread small pox via blankets, he had NO reason to think it wouldve worked

FACT: entire Native civilizations completely died from small pox before ever seeing a European. Some of their biggest. About 95% of Natives died from it, no deliberate intervention required. Europeans basically walked onto the set of a zombie movie. Their entire culture had changed, whole tribes gone and others had changed their names.

0
Smurfection 0 points ago +1 / -1

You're obtuse. The British Captain and the Jesuits knew small pox infected blankets would spread it. In fact, the small pox vaccine in colonial times was to literally take an infected person's pustule mucus and put it on someone who wasn't infected. The idea being a "little bit" of small pox would result in a mild case of small pox and thus the patient wouldn't die but would end up immune. John Adams, our Second President, had all his kids immunized in this manner . So they weren't as dumb as you seem to think they are.

1
CuomoisaMassMurderer 1 point ago +1 / -0

They couldn't possibly know that would spread anything. When was germ theory invented?

You're ignoring every bit of factual information. Small pox wiped out the overwhelming majority of the indigenous people long before any such effort was even possible.

If your claim even holds water, how did they convince anyone to transport the deadly blankets? Or to handle them?

1
Smurfection 1 point ago +1 / -0

guess what, people knew a thing or two before germ theory.

1
CuomoisaMassMurderer 1 point ago +1 / -0

What they didn't know is how many natives had died before their arrival. And apparently you've never learned anything about that either.

Anyway, by your own admission, the tales about ebil white man deliberately giving small pox to honorable Injun are almost entirely lies, and cannot possibly account for the decimation of their population that actually happened.

You still have to account for that one instance of supposedly intentional infection, how they got anybody to handle, transport, and deliver the known deadly cargo. I mean it is possible, it just doesn't fit any pattern of fact.
