So far no evidence of deaths going up. Rising cases is a totally irrelevant statistic. It's also misleading because most claims of "rising cases" are using the term "rising" in a cumulative since the beginning way. By that definition there is no way cases can NOT be rising unless the virus totally disappears.
It'll take time if the reopenings and protests really are responsible for the spike. The rise in deaths should be a lot smaller for a variety of reasons though.
