I love how this almost states he’ll be charged due to the Slur not being said and therefore unprovoked. I don’t condone using the word, but after mall it is only a word....so regardless of it being said it should still be the same charge.

The idea that “someone said a word” so I beat them to a pulp is an ok response is absurd. Are people so drunk on this movement that they want to take all personal agency out of the mix?

All these people are making decisions, regardless of what the scenario is...it is a decision to use violence...destroy others property....these things should not be tolerated by any side.
