I agree, most people are not accustomed or prepared to be randomly attacked. When I watched, I thought the best option for me would be to try to kick him as hard as I could between the legs, followed by kicking him in the face as he bent over, but I've never been attacked, and I'm not especially fast or strong even for a girl. It's quite likely I would just freeze up in shock, and I could be put into a coma or killed unless someone was willing to help me.
