Went to my favorite spot the other day. The cashier had a mask on. Cool. There plexiglass between us. Cool. You also order six feet away from the glass barrier. Cool. I start to order and cashier says no mask no service. Cool. I calmly explained that this is favorite spot and will always be my choice for where to spend my money but will not be spending a penny there until their policy changes. Have a nice day.

Tarrant County, TX instituted a de facto mask policy by fining businesses for not forcing people to wear masks. Really great double whammy for them. People are mad at the business for forcing them to wear a mask, not the government (since most won't read into the fining scheme). Also if people boycott the mask policy, they end up damaging the businesses that are already being forced into it, hurting their income and not the government.
It’s the same everywhere. They can’t legally make anyone wear a mask so they have to skirt the constitution and get you with the runaround on making the business responsible. Businesses more Scared than people. Our only recourse is to boycott businesses pushing unconstitutional law. It’s a test of wills.
