No browser supports the addon. Firefox and chrome removed it, then bugged the crap out of you if you installed from dissenter website, to disable it. I kept inadvertently disabling it because of that, and opted for dissenter browser instead.
Screw these commie corporations! Firefox especially for turning on what they original stood for: free and open internet.
If you like Firefox still as a browser try Waterfox, I installed because the two add-ons I cared about couldn’t be supported when they rewrote their code base.
Same, I installed it right at the start. I rarely see the little red number telling me there are actual dissents, though. I have it working in Brave too.
I adore using uBlock on my browsers. Been using some sort of script blocker ever since I was hit with a cryptolocker when I was much younger. (win7/vista release)
Do a deep dive into the settings and block lists. I have every one enabled but I also have an i7 and 16 GB of RAM. Definitely recommend enabling all the social media blocklists.
Thank you for the suggestion. The only thing I don't like about this addon is not having ability to only enable some scripts on a site, & keeping others disabled. It's all or nothing. Guess I still need noscript to manage it.
Cryptocurrency based on Ethereum Blockchain. Brave pays you to browse the Internet in BAT. When you open a new tab, you will see "Brave Rewards" on the right side, at least it is for me. Should be there or somewhere on the new tab.

I used to use waterfox as my noscript (firefox addon) browser, it was recently sold to an ad company (System1). I no longer trust it.

Damn, I’ll have to look into this.
I'm using Chrome and it's active - not sure if it's because I installed it quite a while ago, however.
Must have stopped the annoying user tactic. I had issue with it when I first learned of dessenter a year or two ago.

Try Brave but disable BAT and install unlock origin to block ads and other baddies.
uBlock origin looks like a nice addon. A mix between noscript and adblock. I'm going to test that out. Thank you!

I use Brave but what is BAT?

Ah yeah, I turned all that stuff off. Thanks for the information.
Google Basic Attention Token. It's a way for creators to get paid for content. I say Google it because I don't know the specifics off hand.
